A structured, holistic, one-to-one, expert led, health coaching service designed specifically for people living with excess weight & obesity
This service focuses on helping you thrive in key domains important for health gain and weight management: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and adaptive skills.
We prioritise a health-first, patient-centred approach, ensuring that your unique needs and circumstances are considered and incorporated into your plan.
Our approach to coaching emphasises sustainability and rejects the overly restrictive, “all or nothing” attitude that is so pervasive in the health and fitness industry.
Programme director & registered dietitian, Josh Percival, has developed ‘MBW Health’ in conjunction with our founders Dr Crotty & Prof le Roux.
A programme designed as both a stand-alone weight management intervention and to support the specific needs of those engaged with biological treatments (medications/surgery) for obesity.
As well as regular consultations with our expert professional, you will also benefit from access to cutting edge coaching software providing daily check-in, progress monitoring, a messaging portal to remain connected with our team and ongoing educational resources.
The objective of our coaching service is to improve your health (metabolic, physical, psychological) and quality of life.

The MBW Health service is directed by Josh Percival, an experienced Dietitian and Exercise Physiologist. Josh graduated with two first-class honours degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as Exercise Physiology.
Josh is passionate about the holistic care of individuals living with obesity and overweight and has a wealth of experience in improving health outcomes for these patients.

How it Works - Step by Step Process

Complete a detailed pre-programme questionnaire to gather background information on life & health, identify key health goals, and cover essential questions on nutrition, movement, stress, and sleep.

Engage in a comprehensive, one-hour consultation with our registered dietitian and exercise physiologist to discuss your history, lifestyle, and goals.
We’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress management to movement and mindfulness

30-minute online or in-person check-in twice a month to review progress, adjust goals, and receive ongoing support.

We utilise cutting edge Precision Nutrition ProCoach software for habit-forming daily check-ins, progress monitoring a messaging portal, and ongoing educational resources.

From month 4 onwards, you can choose to continue ongoing support with twice-monthly check-ins or switch to a monthly maintenance programme aimed at supporting progress and adapt goals as needed.
